Returns & Refunds Policy
At Perkatory Coffee Roasters, we strive for the perfect brew every time; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. If you are dissatisfied with your order or received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our roasting team with your order number and a brief description of the issue regarding your coffee or gear.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach photos of the packaging and the shipping label if your items arrived damaged or if the roast date is incorrect.
- 3.Review Process
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a refund, credit, or reshipment.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will immediately process your store credit or ship out a fresh replacement bag at no additional cost to you.
