How long does it take for my coffee to ship after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting, arriving at your door at the peak of their flavor profile.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings including Drip, Espresso, or French Press to suit your preferred brewing method.
Where do you source your coffee beans?
Perkatory Coffee Roasters sources high-quality, ethically traded specialty beans from sustainable farms in South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. We prioritize direct trade relationships whenever possible.
What is your return policy on coffee products?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Do you offer a coffee subscription service?
Yes! Our 'Perk Up' subscription allows you to receive your favorite roasts on a recurring schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) at a discounted rate. You can pause or cancel at any time through your account.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate oils and flavors of the roast.
